OBSTETRICS/GYNECOLOGY - Women’s Services At Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida we are committed to providing comprehensive medical care for women at every stage of life. As we move through our lives, women’s health care needs undergo a steady evolution. As teenagers we deal with the physical and emotional changes brought about by adolescence; as expectant mothers we handle the changes brought about by pregnancy; and, as pre and post menopausal women, we all confront the issues of aging. We perform the less evasive procedures such as supracervical hysterectomy and endometrial ablation. We also perform CMG testing for urinary incontinence in our office. At PPC our physicians and certified nurse midwives are uniquely qualified to work with women as they move through each stage of life. Our large and diverse group of care givers affords our patients the ability to choose a provider who best meets their individual needs. We offer early morning, evening and Saturday hours in some locations. Patient calls received after office hours are initially referred to our team of specially trainer nurses. PEDIATRICS - Pediatrics is a branch of medicine that deals with promoting the physical and psychological growth, development, safety and care of infants and children from birth through adolescence and the prevention of their diseases, injuries and complications. At PPC we have a staff of 11 board certified pediatricians and 1 pediatric nurse practitioner to promote the health and welfare of our children. Our physicians are on staff at Lee Memorial Healthpark/The Children's Hospital of SW Florida, Cape Coral Hospital and Gulf Coast Hospital. The pediatric division has 3 offices conveniently located in Ft Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres. Office hours are from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm Monday-Friday for routine checkups, minor injuries and any illnesses. We also offer Saturday, Sunday and Holiday hours at our FT Myers office for emergencies. In both our Ft Myers and Cape Coral office we have a triage nurse available by telephone to help you with your child's medical needs. After hours we use an answering service and a nurse or physician will return your call. PHYSICIANS’ PRIMARY CARE LABORATORY - PPC Laboratory is the primary diagnostic clinical testing lab for the PPC network of physicians and offices. We are located at 1265 Viscaya Parkway in the Cape Coral Women’s Centre. We accept physician lab orders from any PPC patient including orders from other consulting doctors. The laboratory is fully licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration for the State of Florida and accredited by COLA.
