    Assists Physician during exams and procedures and the delivery of primary health care and patient care management. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

    Minimum one year clinical office experience. Phlebotomy and patient work-up experience may be required.

    Valid current state of Florida license to practical nursing.
    CPR certification required (or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment.)

  • Responsible for patient check out and cashier duties, including processing and posting patient payments. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

  • Responsible for providing care to patients throughout their life span-prenatal, newborns, children, adolescents, Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

    EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years experience as RN; one year experience as midwife.

    REQUIREMENTS: Current state RN license. Certification by state as a Certified Nurse Midwife. Certification by ACNM, including meeting recommended ACNM continuing competency requirements.

  • Provide leadership and clinical expertise for clinical staff to ensure quality patient care. Act as liaison between site managers, Doctors and clinical staff.     EXPERIENCE: Three years of medical office experience including one year of supervisory level experience.

  • Coordinate the OB care of patients. Interview the new OB patients to get historical information. Review charts for critical patient information and documentation is present. Handle triage calls.     Experience:
    Proficient with Windows Client platforms and connectivity.

    Certificate/License:

  • The Insurance Navigator will be responsible for verifying benefits for upcoming appointments. The Insurance Navigator will also be responsible for reviewing benefits with the patients prior to their appointments.     Two years of experience in accounts management including one year accounts management experience in a health care organization.

    One to two years of Phlebotomist experience, hospital experience preferred. Must be able to draw pediatrics.

    Relays necessary messages to staff. Greets and registers patients in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner. Verifies necessary information and makes updates in computer.
