  • Responsible for providing care to patients throughout their life span-prenatal, newborns, children, adolescents, Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

    EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years experience as RN; one year experience as midwife.

    REQUIREMENTS: Current state RN license. Certification by state as a Certified Nurse Midwife. Certification by ACNM, including meeting recommended ACNM continuing competency requirements.

  • Responsible for payment posting both electronic and mail, compiling bank deposits, working self pay A/R and insurance A/R. Entering demographic information. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

  • Assists Physician during exams and procedures and the delivery of primary health care and patient care management. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

  • Responsible for performing sonographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers.

    EXPERIENCE: Minimum one or more years experience and/or training with graduate sonographer.

  • The Financial Counselor will be responsible for establishing financial arrangements with the site office for patients. The Financial Counselor will also be responsible for identifying patient collection problems and assisting patients with billing inquiries.     Two years of experience in accounts management including one year accounts management experience in a health care organization.

  • General Summary Of Duties: Augment the full-time phlebotomy staff obtaining lab specimens (phlebotomy) during the high volume times from 6:00am - 11:00am. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

    One to two years of Phlebotomist experience, hospital experience preferred. Must be able to draw pediatrics.

  • General Summary Of Duties: Collects blood and other specimens, checks quality of specimens from patients and assists with processing. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

    One to two years of Phlebotomist experience, hospital experience preferred. Must be able to draw pediatrics.

  • Analyzes medical information from medical records. Accurately codes diagnostic and procedural information in accordance with coding guidelines and appropriate reimbursement requirements. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous and helpful) to both our internal and external customers

    Proficiency applying ICD-9 (diagnosis) as well as ICD-10, CPT-4 (procedure) codes and modifiers. Knowledge of medical terminology. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a production-focused environment. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Expertise as a fast and accurate coder. Team Player with solid interpersonal skills.

    5+ years coding experience in the healthcare industry. Physician coding preferred.

    Must have a current Certified Professional Coder (CPC or CCS-P) certification with the American Academy of Professional Coders. LPN or CMA preferred.
