Physicians’ Primary Care of SWFL Now Welcoming Patients at New East Fort Myers Location

Physicians’ Primary Care of SWFL is pleased to welcome patients to its new East Fort Myers location! The new Adult Medicine office is conveniently located at 14651 Palm Beach Blvd., Suite 100, Fort Myers, FL 33905, and is now accepting patients.

The new location is home to two experienced healthcare providers, Tasha Wallace, DO, and Michelle Vallejo, APRN, FNP-C, who are dedicated to helping patients manage their health and well-being.

Meet Your East Fort Myers Healthcare Providers

Tasha Wallace, DO

Dr. Tasha Wallace is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 23 years of experience providing comprehensive, compassionate care to families throughout Southwest Florida. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Broward General Hospital. Dr. Wallace is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association and the Lee County Medical Society. Outside of the office, she enjoys running marathons, traveling, and exploring new destinations with her family.

Michelle Vallejo, APRN, FNP-C

Michelle Vallejo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Sebastian College. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and brings additional training in basic life support, emergency response, and medical-surgical nursing to her professional background.
